A successful, diverse with an extensive nine (9) years experience in High rise Residential Management, Safety and concierge services industry. His management experience is coupled with seven (7) years of IT/IS in Project Management and Business Analysis.

Kolawole started his career in the residential industry in 2002 but became a managing partner at Constellations Nigeria Limited in 2004. An incorporated company in Nigeria with a commitment to stem the challenges of bridging the gap in the local provision of Marine & Logistics Services and Production Treating Chemicals support services for the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry in the Gulf of Guinea Region, the mother company of Constellations International USA, LLC based in Houston, Texas, USA.

At the Houston office, being a project manager, Kolawole acted as a liaison between the local (Houston) and international offices and generated Business Leads and Contracts, managed all facets of project planning for customers RFS (Request For Services Global and Local) in all areas of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SLDC) including requirements gathering, functional and technical specifications, design, development, testing and deployment of cross-functional projects.

His strong entrepreneurial drive led him to partner with ALKATELNET to start of a small telecom company in Houston, Texas, USA. He cultivates excellent working relationships with customers to gain their buy-ins, concurrence and repeat business whilst continuously demonstrating proficiency in product knowledge and communication skills. He performed strategic management consulting and resolving issues in a constantly diverse, changing and limited standardized environment. Provide weekly updates to social media networks on going green by conserving trees that is previously used in making paper calling cards and encouraged the use of paperless and pinless local and international calling cards.

He possesses an extensive experience in management, negotiations, business analysis and business start ups backed up with certifications in Project management, Business Analysis and IS/IT PM from Villanova University, Tampa, Florida, USA and a Mathematics graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun-Nigeria.

His experience in diverse fields provides him with the unique ability to liaise between business units and management structures to deliver thoughtful information in required formats. A State of Texas pre-certified home healthcare alternate administrator and fully trained and certified Fire Safety drills and logistics.

He led a team of 200 youths and 50 staffs in an American Juvenile facility (G.C.T.C.) where his counseling, mentoring and leadership performances held him awards of excellence. Kolawole has been involved in various project implementations form start to finish and various points in between including Maintenance, International Operational Management and skilled at project planning, team management, task delegation, business requirements gathering, monitoring, controlling and training.

C.F.O/Financial Analyst- Dapo Adeyemo (PMP, ACCA)

Dapo has over 12 years financial services industry experience gained from multi-national organizations around the world.

Prior to being the CFO at Ancient International Infrastructure Limited, He was the Head of corporate finance and advisory at Kedari Capital Limited and responsible for all corporate, project and structured finance functions within the firm.

He then assumed the position of Financial Advisory & Corporate Finance at Strand Capital Partners Limited. He was the Project Finance Manager at Lekki Concession Company Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle for the 30 year PPP concession of the 49.4km Lekki – Epe Expressway.

Prior to that, he was a Business Analysis Manager at MTN Nigeria Communication Ltd and Head of Plant Finance at Procter & Gamble Nigeria Limited.

Dapo is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) & holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) US.

V.P. Operations - Akingbade Akinmuyiwa (BSc)

Akingbade is a highly motivated and experienced professional versatile in business & project development and has dogged fervor to initiate positive change to improving the bottom line. He was responsible for strategy formulation and implementation, negotiations, marketing campaign, coordination, capital sourcing and staffing and training, for many faith based non-profit making organizations and other top tier organizations with experience that spans 7years.

As principal partner at Wealth Ablaze, Nigeria, he helped in developing people empowerment projects & programs in the Foreign exchange business, which has made entrepreneur of many. His dynamic nature and constant brainstorming has initiated the birth of many businesses and programs.

He is passionate about change and driven by excellence, Akingbade, though a trained Electrical & Electronic Engineer at the University of Maiduguri is a proven Entrepreneur and a sales man per excellence.
